For restaurants and cafés
A website for your restaurant or café.
Guests usually decide where to eat on their phone. Here’s what they look for, what your website should show and which package suits you.

Someone who fancies eating out looks at their phone first. Is there a table, what’s on the menu, what does it cost? A guest searching “restaurant London” who can’t find that out picks the place where they can.
What guests look for in a restaurant
- The menu, as text. With prices and the vegetarian dishes marked. A PDF is awkward on a phone and Google struggles to read it. A menu as an ordinary page works far better.
- Booking a table. Ideally without a phone call, because when the kitchen’s busy you can’t ring back in time.
- Opening hours and kitchen hours. “Open until 11 pm” isn’t the same as “the kitchen closes at 9.30 pm”. Show both.
- Groups and celebrations. A birthday, a team dinner. What’s possible, from how many people, and what does it cost a head?
- Atmosphere and directions. Photos of the terrace and the dining room, where you are and where guests can park.
Which package suits a restaurant or café?
Shopfront (€39 a month) is right if guests ring or email you for a table. You get a website of up to 5 pages with the menu, opening hours, photos and directions, and 2 changes a month.
Counter (€59 a month) is for places that want online booking. In the example below, a guest can request a table for 1 to 8 people. It’s a request: the restaurant confirms by phone or email. We also keep your Google Business Profile up to date, and you get 5 changes a month, handy when the menu changes. Moving up from Shopfront later costs nothing extra: there are no set-up fees.
Store (€179 a month) is for places that want to sell and take payment online, such as gift vouchers or products. If it’s just food and bookings, you don’t need Store.
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it’s shown separately. Everything is on the price page.
What it looks like
This is the example for a made-up café restaurant. It has a menu with lunch, dinner and vegetarian dishes, with prices. It shows opening hours and kitchen hours, booking for 1 to 8 people and a group menu for bigger parties. All names and amounts are made up.
What we do, and what we don’t
Already using a booking system from another provider? Ask us whether it will fit; we don’t promise that in advance. We put allergens on the website as you give them to us, and you stay responsible for them being right. We don’t promise a top spot on Google, but we do make sure your details are easy for Google and AI assistants to read.
We make your example and send you the link as soon as it’s ready. Like it? Your website is live within 24 hours of you approving the final version.
Questions restaurants and cafés ask us
Can guests book a table online?
Yes, with Counter. The guest picks a day, a time and the number of people and sends a request. You confirm the table yourself. With Shopfront, your phone number and email address are on the website.
Can I change the menu with the seasons?
Yes. Send us the new menu and we’ll put it on the website. Shopfront includes 2 changes a month, Counter 5. Need more? An extra small change is €25 excl. VAT; for bigger work you get a price first.
Can groups send a request?
Yes. Put your minimum group size on the website, along with the menu you offer and what it costs a head. For big parties, guests get in touch by email or phone so you can plan it together.
