Why is the example free?
Because our AI does the work, making an example takes us very little time. We earn from the monthly price, not from the example. And yes, there is a catch. You’ll find it below.

Your example costs nothing. There are no set-up fees. You only pay once you say yes: from €39 a month (excl. VAT). And you see your example first. People often ask us: so where’s the catch? Here’s the answer.
Why is the example free?
Making a website used to be a lot of manual work. Someone talked to you, drew up a design, wrote the words, found photos, built it and tested it. That soon adds up to days of work, and most web agencies charge for those days by the hour.
At Prestido, our AI does that work and a person checks it. It takes us so little time that the example is free.
So what am I paying for?
For the monthly price, we keep your website live and up to date:
- hosting: where your website lives on the internet;
- your own domain name, in your name;
- security (the padlock in the browser) and upkeep;
- being easy to find on Google and through AI assistants;
- 2 changes a month with Shopfront, such as new opening hours. More is always possible, at a price you get first.
Why see it first?
Because the example is free, we can turn the usual order round. We make your website first, then show it to you. Like it? We put it online. Don’t? You’ve paid nothing and signed nothing. The risk is ours.
So what’s the catch?
There is one, and we’d rather say so up front:
- A subscription runs for at least 12 months. If you take the website, you pay for the first year: 12 times €39, or €390 in one go (2 months free). After that you can cancel any month, with one month’s notice.
- You pay the first month in advance. If you say yes, you pay the first month when you order. Only then do we start building. That month counts from the day your website is live, and it isn’t refunded. There are no set-up fees, not for Counter or Store either.
- The website stays ours until you take it over. The domain name is always yours. Want to move to another company later? You can take the website over after the fixed term. With Shopfront, that’s around €195.
- Extras cost extra. A new page or an online shop isn’t a small change. For that you get a price first, and you decide.
All amounts exclude VAT. We work for businesses only. Everything is on the price page.
Was this possible before?
No. A few years ago it wasn’t. Nobody can give away days of work and then live on €39 a month. Now it works, because AI does the heavy lifting. That isn’t a trick. It’s new technology, with the saving passed straight on in the price.
