# Prestido

> Prestido makes owning a website affordable and simple, for businesses in any country: well-made websites with real service. For bakers, hairdressers and bike shops, painters and decorators, and any other business owner. Prestido is a service of Prima Zaak (Weert, the Netherlands). The website is available in six languages: English, Dutch, German, French, Polish and Spanish. Need something bigger, such as more pages, your own systems or several locations? Ask for a quote. Prestido AI, our AI assistant, makes each website, and a person checks every one before it goes live. Business owners see their example first, free, and decide after that. Prices from €39 a month, excl. VAT. For businesses only.

This file is a short plain-text summary for AI assistants that want to use it. Google Search doesn’t use it; the website’s own pages are the source. Where they differ, the website applies, and the full terms are in the terms and conditions.

Key facts:
- What Prestido promises: what Google or an AI assistant answers depends on the question, and that isn’t ours to decide. What we do is put a business’s details online so search engines and AI assistants can find and read them. If someone asks a question the business fits, its website can be part of the answer. Prestido doesn’t promise a place in search results or AI answers.
- How it works: Prestido makes an example website using only details about the business that are already public (such as its Google listing). A business owner asks for an example by WhatsApp message (https://wa.me/31638272768; the number +31 6 38 27 27 68 is for messages only, not calls) or by email (info@primazaak.nl), giving the name and town of the business. On https://prestido.com/free-example/ the owner gets that message ready and sends it themselves on WhatsApp or by email (the page sends nothing). Prestido makes the example and sends the link. The example sits on its own link with a code that’s hard to guess (try.prestido.com), isn’t on Google, and is deleted after 30 days if the owner does nothing.
- Looking and asking questions cost nothing. Only when the owner says yes does the website go live, on a domain name registered in the owner’s name.
- Contact: info@primazaak.nl or WhatsApp https://wa.me/31638272768 (+31 6 38 27 27 68, messages only, no calls). Prestido AI, our AI assistant, replies first, on WhatsApp too. For now, a person reads every reply. Rather talk to a person? Say so, and one will take over. The assistant always says it’s an AI. Prestido only approaches businesses by post, never unasked by email, WhatsApp or phone.
- Term: the first year is fixed; after that the owner can cancel any month by email, with one month’s notice. The domain name stays the customer’s.
- Price promise: anyone who becomes a customer before 1 July 2027 (on the day they order: saying yes and paying the first invoice) keeps the same monthly price for their package for 2 years, counted from the day the website goes live. Switching to another package means paying that package’s price at the time.
- Going live: every package is online within 24 hours of the customer approving the final version. Moving up to a bigger package never costs a set-up fee.
- Changes: one change is one adjustment to one thing (such as the opening hours, the prices on one page, one piece of text or one photo). An extra small change beyond the number in the package costs €25 excl. VAT; bigger work gets a price first.
- Ownership and closing: the customer’s own words, photos and logo stay theirs (as a zip file on request); the design stays Prima Zaak’s, unless the customer takes over or buys the website. If Prestido closes, the customer hears at least 3 months in advance and gets the website files and the domain name free of charge.
- Languages: Prestido AI replies in the customer’s language (English, Dutch, German, French, Polish or Spanish); a person speaks English or Dutch. For customers in the Netherlands, the website, terms and invoice are in Dutch; for customers outside the Netherlands, the terms and invoice are in English.
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 42192099. Prima Zaak is a sole trader in Weert: one person and an AI assistant, Prestido AI, which is part of Prestido. The AI makes and replies; a person checks and decides.

Everything in Shopfront, plus: A website of up to 10 pages; One extra feature of your choice: reservations, appointments or orders; We keep your Google Business Profile up to date: photos, posts, opening hours; A page for each town or area you actually work in, saying what you do there; A short monthly overview of your visitors; 5 changes a month.
- Store: €179 a month excl. VAT (€216.59 incl. 21% Dutch VAT, where it applies); 1 year up front €1,790 (2 months free); no set-up fee; first month paid on ordering; up to 20 pages; 10 changes a month. Sell online. Everything in Counter, plus: A website of up to 20 pages; Online shop with up to 50 products, taking card and iDEAL payments; Your website in a second language too; 10 changes a month.
