Do I need to book?

No, just drop in when we’re open. We fix punctures while you wait. For a service, you leave the bike with us, and it’s usually ready the same day.

How long does a puncture repair take?

Usually about 20 minutes, and you can wait in the shop. If we’re busy, we’ll tell you how long before we start.

Do you repair all makes of e-bike?

Most of them, yes. We read the software and test the battery. If we haven’t got a part, we order it in, and you get the price first.

What if the repair costs more than the board says?

We ring you first, and you decide. Nothing extra gets done without your OK.
